Fast smooth labor and delivery with NO tearing - I pretty much had the dream home birth under Alana's expert care! She encouraged me to take personal responsibility of my pregnancy but she also was very knowledgeable and helpful, providing good suggestions for pregnancy exercises, supplements, and postpartum recovery.
